Securing a wedding booking with Anna Jones Bridal

  • You will be required to pay a 20% deposit to secure your wedding booking. Paying this deposit is your agreement to our Terms and Conditions. 

  • Deposits must be paid within 2 days or the date will be released. 

  • Your booking date is confirmed once payment for your deposit has been received via bank transfer.

  • You will receive a booking confirmation email once it has been confirmed.

  • The booking deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred see COVID-19 for further details.

  • There is a £400 minimum spend on all wedding bookings.

  • The final number of services cannot be changed within the last 8 weeks prior to the wedding date, and the minimum spend must be met.

Travel

  • Travel is expensed at 50p per mile after 10 miles from my OX2 postcode.

  • All parking, public transport and congestion charges are chargeable to the client. 

  • Parking must be made available for your artist on your wedding day.

  • London travel surcharge will be dependent on location, travel time and route.

Your Wedding Trial

  • All brides will be required to have a hair or makeup trial. Your trial is normally 6-3 months before your wedding date.

  • During peak wedding season, March-September, it may not be possible to hold trials on the weekends.

  • Individual lashes or strip lashes are included in the booking price if you wish to have them.

  • Trials are held at my home in Oxford.

  • If the client requires more time or another trial, to trial other options, this will be an additional cost and invoiced separately.

After your Wedding Trial

  • Having previously paid a booking deposit, 80% of your total booking is left to pay. At this stage, a 50% payment of the remaining balance will be due.

  • The outstanding balance will be due 30 days prior to your wedding day. 

  • All payments will be invoiced for ahead of their due date.

  • Failure to make payment would result in the contract being cancelled.

Cancellations

  • Invoices already issued will be expected to be paid in full.

  • If after the trial, you choose to cancel your booking, and this is 3 months prior to your wedding date, the initial 20% deposit and trial expense are non refundable and will be offset against time and services provided with no further charge.

  • Cancelling services anytime between booking date and 3 months prior to your wedding  (having not had a trial yet) - will incur no further charge, but the deposit will be retained.

  • Cancelling services within 3 months of your wedding date - will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted balance and any deposits paid will be retained.

  • Cancelling any service within 1 month of your wedding date - will incur a charge of 100% of the quoted balance and any deposits paid will be retained.

  • Once the booking has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid to secure the booking, booked services and numbers may not be reduced within 8 weeks of your wedding date.

  • If it becomes apparent that clients have symptoms of any contagious viruses which include but are not limited to covid 19, conjunctivitis, herpes, head lice, we reserve the right to refuse the appointment without penalty to ourselves to avoid the serious risk of cross-infection and contamination.

Company Cancellation Policy

  • In the unfortunate event that an artist/stylist of Anna Jones Bridal is unable to perform services on the trial date or wedding date, for any reason, including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to and including a full refund of retainers for services not provided.

  • Every effort will be made to replace the artist at short notice where possible but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to a replacement artist’s availability.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT BY SECURING A BOOKING THE CLIENT ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Client Responsibility:

  • The client should inform the artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products.
This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions.

  • The artist cannot be held liable for any injury, damage or loss that are incurred due to the client’s failure to inform them of any known condition.

  • 
The artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour.

  • Clients and anyone receiving hair and makeup services agree to release the artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Consent to Imagery

  • Images will only be shared on social media and websites with your consent.
